Hey, I’m Kat. I am a fountain pen and stationery enthusiast and I love to incorporates my love of fine writing instruments into my job as a Hospitalist in Indianapolis, IN. I am a Board Certified Doctor of Internal Medicine and teaching faculty at my hospital. I am an advocate for Physician Wellness and find joy in using my fountain pens and colorful inks at work. I am actively working to convert the entire department to fountain pens.

I am a lover of cats and own four rescues: Ralph, Harry, Fred & Albert. I maintain a part-time photography business and can always be found photographing something, from my pens to friends to weddings.

Finally, I co-host a podcast with my bestie HeyMatthew called The Bent Tines, because hey, we’re all a little bent. We talk about pens and stationery, the people in our community that make it so great, food and drink, home ownership, and life.
